There are some Forex robot software programs and some people say that you can earn more using them. Could you tell me something about it? How does it work? Is it real? I understand that there is no miracle about it but still, I wanna know more about it.

Traditionally, Metatrader has been the charting software. I use it both for forex and stocks.
Now there are new software that provide auto signals for forex traders. Lately they have been very popular. I have tried Forex Killer and two others and I think they are worthwhile aids.

When you are dealing with so much potential of risk and money loss why do you want a free service that is unlikely to give you any support or updates?
I’m not saying it can’t be found but the likelihood is there will be strings attached. Free software are always not updated and may have bugs etc [...]

If the software worked, the programmers wouldn't sell it to you - selling a copy to you only means more competition and thus lower prices (for them). …

Regarding FOREX, you can certainly hire programmers and create software from scratch, but you might be better off using a white label program from an existing forex company. They offered canned software that can be customized to your needs.
