		<description>No they shouldn't. In high school, 9th and 10th grade is continuing basic learning skills. 11th and 12th grade is prep for college. If you cut one grade off then everythings going to go down the tube.Especially since 16 year olds aren't even adults yet. Don't you think students have enough pressure already? &lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
